Cancellation Policy
Please allow ample time (48 hours) when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. No call/no shows and habitual last minute cancellations may result in a 50% charge of services scheduled at owner’s discretion. We try to be lenient and I am always understanding when last minute emergencies come up but please do not abuse this policy. Without adequate notice of a cancellation I am unable to fill the spot.
